CTG Consulting is the full-service partner for HR consulting within the digital environment. We were founded in 2011 by a Hamburg-based company builder - a founding story that still shapes our company DNA today: We pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, learning organization  as well as data-driven and intelligent recruiting processes.

Our expertise lies within the executive search. We focus on identifying "joined potential" and  we match talents with exciting companies. With a team of more than 250 employees at 4 locations in Europe, we support our customers in filling specialist and management positions in the digital environment since 2011. 

In addition to the classic executive search for global corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups, we also offer the development of entire digital departments as well as a recruiter-on-demand and active-sourcing services.
