After 16 years of running Corporate Conditioning we rebranded at the end of 2011 and with our new name launched the CTG Group. Our PURPOSE is to "Inspire development so that People Grow”

With signature Leadership and Coaching Programmes and Emotional Intelligence Awareness days we believe our development programmes are educational, inspiring and most of all the beginning of a life long love of continuous personal and professional development. 

CTG are organisational Members of the International Association of Coaching, Organisational members of the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Confederation) and accredited and endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (the ILM).
