Erin O'Brien has been working at Computer Task Group since October 1998, starting as a Level 1 - 2 Helpdesk Support Technician and working their way up to the Manager of Network Operations and Helpdesk. Prior to CTG, Erin worked at Amherst Systems Inc as a Systems Installer/Customer Support. Erin has a education background from University at Albany, SUNY and Medina High School.
