John Congleton

John Congleton is a seasoned manufacturing engineer currently contracted with IBM in the Quantum Packaging group at CTG since February 2022. Prior to this role, John spent over 25 years at EDAX, where responsibilities included serving as Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator, Operations Manager for the Semiconductor Laboratory, and Senior Silicon Detector Process Group Leader. In these positions, John oversaw compliance with hazardous materials handling, managed production processes, and led safety initiatives. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Northeastern University, a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
