Senior Software Engineer 2 at CTI

Cory Pompelia has diverse work experience in various engineering roles. They started their career as a Help Desk Technician at ACMH hospital in 2006. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Robotics Engineer at MountainTop Technologies, where they developed software for Unmanned Ground Vehicles. In 2010, they joined Chesapeake Technology International Corp as an Associate Engineer, working on upgrading EA6B simulators and developing client/server based software. They then progressed to the role of Engineer/Analyst, Alternate Security Custodian, where they upgraded simulator capabilities and developed Intelligent Video Surveillance systems. In 2020, Cory joined Chesapeake Technology International (CTI) as a Senior Software Engineer I, focusing on the design and implementation of the TAKwatch platform. They also created the WEAVR TAKwatch application to enhance situational awareness for ATAK users. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Pison, before returning to CTI in 2023 as a Senior Software Engineer 2.

Cory Pompelia spent five years, from 2003 to 2008, studying at Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus. During this time, Cory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering.
