Michele K.

Michele K. has a wealth of work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Michele started their career in 2002 as a Software Test Engineer and later became a Software Test Project Lead at Nokia Mobile Phones. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Quality Error Manager and later served as a SW Test Project Lead until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Quality Assurance Lead at MobileSoft Technologies. Michele then joined Pactera as a Technical Acceptance Specialist for a brief period. Following that, they worked as a GIS Technician Internship at San Diego Canyonlands in 2014. In 2013, they worked as a QA Engineer on a contract basis for GoPro. Their next role was at HME, where they initially worked as a Software Quality Engineer before becoming a Senior Software Quality Engineer (SQE) until 2019. Finally, they joined CTI in December 2019 as a Software QA Engineer.

Michele K. has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. Michele also holds an Associate's Degree in Geographic Information Systems from San Diego Mesa College and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Cybersecurity from Palomar College.

In addition to their degrees, Michele has obtained several certifications. Michele has a Software Quality Assurance certification from UC San Diego Extension, obtained in December 2017. Michele also has a CDMA Engineering Certificate from UC San Diego Extension. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate of Performance as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Technician from San Diego Mesa College. Additionally, Michele has a Certificate in Foundational Level Certified Tester from the ISTQB CERTIFICATION INSTITUTE.
