Ajit Pai

Ajit Pai is the President and CEO of CTIA and a Partner at Searchlight Capital Partners, where they focus on the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. With extensive experience including roles as Chief Counsel for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, they have demonstrated a strong aptitude for strategic leadership and management. Pai's previous positions include Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice and Associate General Counsel at Verizon Communications Inc. They earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
