Jim Schuler

Jim Schuler is currently the VP of External & State Affairs at CTIA. Prior to this, they worked at Baker, Donelson, Bearman and Caldwell from January 1992 to December 1998 as an aide and legislative analyst. In this role, they assisted former Senate Majority Leader Howard H. Baker Jr. with researching and reporting on domestic legislative issues of potential impact to clients. Jim also served as an aide to former Secretary of State Lawrence Eagleburger.

Jim Schuler has a MA in Government from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Government from Wofford College.
