Mike Blank

Michael Blank currently serves as the Director of State Legislative Affairs at CTIA, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Policy Lead at Nuro, where Michael defined state and local public policy strategy for over half of the United States. Between 2010 and 2019, Michael held multiple roles at Peabody Energy, culminating as the Director of State Government Relations, where responsibilities included directing outreach with state officials and managing a team to implement strategic priorities. Earlier roles encompassed government relations positions at The National Council for Public-Private Partnerships and the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science & Transportation, along with internships focused on small businesses and public-private partnerships. Michael holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University.
