Nathan Johnson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Board Member at CTIA since September 2023, Nathan has held positions as Chairman & Co-CEO of TruConnect and Chairman of TSC Acquisition Corp since May 2006. Additionally, Nathan is a Board Member and Shareholder at Drake Star Partners since January 2012. Nathan co-founded Gemini Partners and served as Managing Partner from February 2003 to January 2012, and prior to that, Nathan was the CEO and Founder of BioAmber Inc. from May 1999 to February 2003. Nathan's educational background includes an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School, a Master's Degree from The Lauder Institute for International Studies, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from Bucknell University.
