Phil Rice

Phil Rice is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membership relations and strategy, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Membership at CTIA since February 2016, following a tenure as Director of Membership. Previously, Phil held the position of Director of Member Relations & Strategy at BSA | The Software Alliance from August 2012 to January 2016, where responsibilities included member retention and recruitment through relationship-building with senior executives at major technology companies. Phil's earlier roles included Vice President of Association Relations at SmartBrief, overseeing over 160 partnerships and achieving high renewal rates, and Manager of Business Development at the Organization for International Investment, significantly increasing corporate membership. Phil Rice earned a B.A. in International Affairs with a focus on East Asian Studies and International Economics from The George Washington University in 2000.
