Tom Hebert

Tom Hebert is currently the Director of Government Affairs at CTIA, a position they hold since 2025. Previously, Tom served as the Executive Director of the Open Competition Center from 2021 to 2025, where they advocated for consumer-focused antitrust enforcement as part of Americans for Tax Reform. Tom's background includes multiple roles at Americans for Tax Reform from 2017 to 2019, culminating as a Federal Affairs Associate. Additionally, they were the Communications Director for Dr. Jim Maxwell's congressional campaign in 2018. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science along with a minor in Communication and Media Studies from American University in 2018.
