William Dudley

William Dudley is the current Director at CTIA. William has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including stints as North American Product Manager for CMG’s Wireless Messaging Products and as owner / principle consultant of Surfcat Productions, LLC. During their time at CMG, they were responsible for designing and deployment of one of the first inter-carrier SMS networks in North America for the Canadian carriers. William's major clients have included Pathnet, Inc., DSC Communications (now Alcatel), and USDoD.

William Dudley received a BA in Computer Science & Mathematics from Southern Methodist University.
