Chaima Ayari

Chaima Ayari currently serves as an Ingénieur Chargée de Mission at CTIFL since February 2018, focusing on the technical justification of research tax credits and enhancing research processes related to fruits and vegetables. Prior experience includes a role as Chargée de produits at Crédit Agricole Assurances, where Chaima participated in the redesign of the Multirisque Récoltes product and managed various agricultural insurance initiatives. At Groupama Grand Est, Chaima conducted studies on agricultural risk technologies, including drone usage, and at the Ministry of Agriculture in Tunisia, Chaima analyzed consumer behavior regarding organic food in school cafeterias. Chaima holds degrees from AgroParisTech and NEOMA Business School in innovation management, and a diplôme d'ingénieur from the Institut National Agronomique de Tunisie, specializing in agricultural economics and management.
