Matthew Lecus has worked in the technology industry since 2012. Matthew began their career at GameStop as a Store Manager in 2012. In 2016, they joined CtiPath as a Senior Solutions Engineer, where they defined enterprise processes and best practices and tailored enterprise processes for applications. Matthew also resolved issues related to operational components for LAN, WAN and voice systems, and managed and monitored installed systems for highest level of availability. Matthew later transitioned to Service Delivery Manager - Technical Support, where they participated in drafting service budgeting, advised on areas of possible improvement to reduce costs and service delivery times, coordinated new hire recruitment, training and development, and cultivated effective and positive working relationships with lucrative clients through onboarding, initial training and ongoing support. Lastly, they served as Solutions Engineer, working with customers or prospective customers to develop integrated solutions and leading detailed architectural dialogues to facilitate delivery of comprehensive solution, conducting post-sale requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, and providing support during customer implementations and applying industry best practices.
Matthew Lecus attended Alamance Community College from 2010 to 2011, where they studied Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Matthew has also obtained a number of certifications from LinkedIn, including "Developing CI/CD Solutions with Azure DevOps" (November 2022), "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" (April 2022), and "Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Essential Training" (March 2022). Matthew also has certifications from PEOPLECERT ("ITIL v3 Foundations") and Cisco ("UCCE-IS").
