Max Areas

Max Areas has had a varied and successful career. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Surveyor Chainman for SB&O, Inc. In 2007, they moved to ABC Truckbeds & Parts, where they were a Systems Admin and Online Sales. In 2013, they returned to CtiPath as a Project Services Solutions Architect. In 2017, they became Co-Owner and Vice President of Areas Enterprises Co., and in 2019 they returned to CtiPath as a Solutions Architect. In their current role, Max is responsible for project coordination and management, talent designation, product ownership, sales delivery management, creative and technical design, creating and delivering functional and technical documentation, and client relations. Max also assists in increasing project portfolio sales, develops run-books for client training, and hosts client training sessions.

Max Areas has a diverse educational background. Max attended Santiago Canyon College from 2004 to 2006, studying Civil Engineering. In 2015, they obtained an ITILF ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN. Max also has several certifications, including DevOps Foundations, Enterprise Architecture Foundations, 8x8 UCaaS Build Certification, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900), 8x8 CCaaS Sales Engineer Certification, 8x8 UCaaS Sales Certification, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Fundamentals of Voice Certificate, Platform Certification for Partners, and 700-501: SMB Specialization for Engineers, which they obtained from LinkedIn, 8x8, Microsoft, Google Digital Garage, Twilio Inc., and Cisco respectively.
