As CBDO, Carlos is responsible for establishing and executing the organization’s Business Development Strategy which includes: identifying target customers, establishing pricing, managing execution of sales strategy and refining CTIS’ Earned Revenue Model, he will build external relationships that will support growth. He will be responsible for assembling and managing the Business Development Team and continuing to strengthen the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation at CTIS.
