Don Murphy

Don Murphy, PHR, SHRM-CP, MCIPD, is a Senior Human Resources Director and Subject Matter Expert currently with CTIS, Inc. With extensive experience in human resources management, Don previously served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at ICON Government and Public Health Solutions, where they supported senior leadership in achieving business goals and facilitated management training programs. Prior to that, at Infinity Technology, LLC, Don introduced a New Employee Orientation program and updated the Employee Handbook to align with current regulations. Don also held the HR Manager position at TDEC, where they managed a team and implemented improved benefits administration processes. Don is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Studies at Dublin City University and continues their education at Clongowes Wood College.
