Don Chamblee

Don Chamblee is a Senior Project Manager at CTL Engineering, Inc., where they have been employed since 2024. Prior to this role, they served as the Utilities Director for the City of Rock Hill, SC from 2021 to 2024, and held various positions in public works management, including Public Works Director for Lincoln County Government and The City of Anderson, SC. Don's extensive experience in engineering and public works began with an engineering role at Ja Jones from 1990 to 1994 and included significant leadership positions in several counties until 2021. They earned a degree in Civil Engineering with a Construction Option from North Carolina State University between 1984 and 1988.
