Jon Persson is a Construction Engineering & Inspection Manager with extensive experience in transportation design and project management. They began their career as a Transportation Technician at NCDOT from 1994 to 1998, where they honed their skills in photogrammetry and roadway design. Following this, Jon served as a Senior Designer of Transportation at Stewart Engineering from 1998 to 2001, contributing to significant projects for NCDOT and private developers. They later held various roles, including President of Triangle Insight Home Inspection and IT Manager at SEPI Engineering & Construction, before becoming a CEI Manager at CTL Engineering, Inc. in 2025. Jon holds degrees in Civil Engineering Technology, Mathematics, and Business Administration from several institutions, including Wake Technical Community College and North Carolina State University.
