Joseph Rustic has extensive experience in business development and industry leadership. From January 2006 to 2014, Joseph served as a member, past president, and board member of the American Concrete Institute Northeast Ohio Chapter. Since October 2006, Joseph has been the Manager of Business Development at CTL Engineering, where Joseph has led initiatives to enhance the company’s brand and reputation in the Northeast Ohio market, developed strategic relationships, and taken on leadership roles in trade associations. Additionally, Joseph has participated as a representative for CTL on the Great Lakes Energy Task Force and has been a member of the Design & Construction Conference Committee since 2006. Joseph earned a Bachelor of General Studies degree in Geology from Kent State University between 1996 and 1998.
