Pat Gallagher has over four decades of experience in engineering, currently serving as President of CTL Engineering of WV, Inc. since October 1981. Prior to this role, Pat worked as an Engineer for the Maryland Bureau of Mines from September 1977 to October 1981, and as a Project Engineer/Geologist at Orbital Engineering from June 1975 to September 1977. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Geology from Virginia Tech, obtained between 1972 and 1975, and graduated from Burrell High School from 1967 to 1970.
