John Kulka

John Kulka is currently an Engineer III at CTLGroup with previous experience as an Associate Engineer at LM Consultants. Prior to their work in the private sector, John served in the US Navy as a Builder Second Class, leading construction projects in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. John holds a Master of Engineering in Architectural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and an Associate degree in Engineering Science.
