CTO Tech Services was founded in 2017, as Rant Inc. and Function X’s merger continued to its natural conclusion in New York and Los Angeles.  Having nurtured a successful transition, I started new projects with former Rant colleagues in Orange County and around the country, using the mission critical background developed at Fortune 1000 companies like Royal Caribbean, coupled with the entrepreneurial spirit of the startup and public digitals of Function X and Rant.  I bring 30+ years of professional experience to each collaboration. 

Our engineers are people who have worked with our clients for years. Several joined the Rant startup and Royal and we have deep connections.  There is a lot of trust, and it makes our work enjoyable. There is innate communication, the tools we use are practiced and understood. We use the industry standard.

CTO Tech has partnered with Learning Fuze, in Irvine, the top coding bootcamp in the area. Our Joint Venture provides high-quality engineering resources bringing the latest in web technologies such as React, Node, PostgreSQL, and more. Alumni have the chance to work on challenging revenue centric real world projects. The clients benefit by having trained teams ready to transition to run their new applications. Our program with Learning Fuze is new in 2020.
