Andrei Șain

Andrei Șain is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in design, urban planning, and construction management. Currently serving as Head of Design and Leading Architect at CTP since January 2022, Andrei oversees a range of projects encompassing real estate, concept design, landscape design, and industrial design. Prior experience includes roles as Architect and BIM Manager at Arcadia Engineering, where Andrei managed all design phases and coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and as Architect and BIM Designer at PORR AG, responsible for concept design and BIM modeling on diverse large-scale projects. Andrei holds a Diploma of Architecture from "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urban Planning, RIBA attested, completed in 2017.
