Jan Baranowicz is an accomplished HR professional with a passion for IT, particularly in the realm of Workday. Currently serving as the Group HR Operations Director at CTP, they lead strategic HR initiatives and drive digital transformation within the organization. Jan has extensive experience implementing and supporting Workday across various roles, including positions at Deloitte, PwC, and Brambles, where they successfully managed data migration and system configuration. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Warsaw School of Economics and continuously seek to expand their technical skills by learning SQL and Python.
