Jan Soóky

Jan Soóky has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. From 2022 onwards, Jan worked at CTP, where they held the position of Group HR Program Director. Prior to this, they worked at Schaeffler as the Interim Head of HR Poland and later as the Senior HR Business Partner for Central and Eastern Europe. Jan also served as the Head of HR CZ, SK, HU at Imperial Brands PLC from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they were a HR Business Partner and HR Manager at ČEZ, handling HR consultancy for subsidiary companies. Jan started their career at Tesco Stores CR, where they held positions such as Cluster HR Business Partner and HR Manager for several functions. Jan also worked as a HR Business Partner at KBC Group NV Czech Branch and held recruitment-focused roles at FNZ, acision, and Grafton Recruitment.

Jan Soóky obtained their Master's degree in Psychology from Masaryk University Brno, which they attended from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their General Studies at Gymnazium Jiřího z Poděbrad from 2002 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Jan obtained the following: Learning Personal Branding and Motivating and Engaging Employees from LinkedIn in March 2020, Embracing Change in January 2020, Human Resources Foundations in January 2020, New Manager Foundations in December 2019, Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance in December 2019, Strategic Human Resources in December 2019, HR as a Business Partner in November 2019, and Professional Coach from Koučink Centrum, s.r.o. in April 2019.
