Katie Ward

Katie Ward has extensive experience in communications and public affairs. Katie began their career as an Account Coordinator at O'Neill and Associates, where they supported various clients in developing and achieving communication strategies. Katie then moved on to the City of Boston, where they served as a Press Advisor to Mayor Thomas M. Menino. In this role, they managed media requests, produced social media content, and promoted the mayor's policies and programs. Katie then joined United Way of Massachusetts Bay as the Senior Director of Communications, overseeing the organization's communication and digital marketing efforts. Currently, they serve as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs at CTP. Overall, Katie has a strong background in developing and implementing communication strategies, managing media relations, and utilizing social media platforms.

Katie Ward completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications at Emerson College from 2003 to 2007.
