Matthew Dvořák is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and rescue training. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Ctrl and operating MDvk Air as a Business Owner, Matthew has amassed over 5000 hours of commercial experience, specializing in utility inspections, site surveys, and adventure sports live view captures. As a Senior Instructor at Sierra Rescue International and an Instructor with Rescue 3 International, Matthew focuses on integrating theoretical knowledge with practical skills in wilderness rescue training. Previously, Matthew held the position of Director of Operations at AirView Source and was the Chief Pilot for Chaffee County Search and Rescue-South, where expertise in thermal imagery and aerial search tactics was developed. With leadership experience as President of Dvorak Raft Kayak & Fishing Expeditions and a background in adventure sports photography, Matthew demonstrates a commitment to high-quality training and environmental sustainability.
