Charles Lucas is currently the Co-Head of Capital Markets at Ctrl Alt, where they are building a structured finance and tokenization business. With a long history in investment banking, Charles previously served as Head of European Equity Capital Markets at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Macquarie Group, and held leadership roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and RBS Global Banking & Markets. Their extensive experience includes advising various financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and securitizations, while having contributed to significant projects like the three-way merger that created Euronext and the IPO of Rosneft in Moscow. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Durham University.
