Varun Polimetla

Varun Polimetla has a diverse professional background. Varun started their career in 2005 as a Tech Lead and Sr.Software Engineer at SoftSol. In 2008, they took on the role of Data Analyst at CalPERS, where they worked on the PSR project to modernize the client's retirement systems. In 2009, they were promoted to Sr.Software Engineer at CalPERS. In 2013, they moved to the North Carolina Department of Public Safety as a Project Coordinator. In 2014, they became a Project Manager at the California Department of Justice. In 2016, they served as Lead Technical Consultant at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, and also founded and became CEO of CtrlCS Inc., a global IT services company.

Varun Polimetla began their education at Vijaya Mary High School from 1986 to 1997. Varun then earned their SSC from Sri Vijay Sai Day and Residential High School from 1997 to 1998. Varun then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they have a HP Certified Accredited Integration Specialist certification from HP.COM.
