Minsi Chin is a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at CTRL+F, a recruitment and HR solutions firm launched in August 2023, dedicated to supporting startups and tech companies in attracting top talent. Previously, Minsi served as Head of People Experience at Solsten, where the focus was on enhancing the human experience in gaming. Earlier roles include Global Head of People Success at The/Studio, Global Director of HR Strategy & Operations at MARIA TASH, and Human Resources Manager at YOOX NET-A-PORTER. Minsi's career also encompasses experiences as a Human Resources Business Partner at CNN and various roles at HUGO BOSS. Educational qualifications include an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a B.A. in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
