Erik Wangerid has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erik is currently the Chief Operating Officer at CtrlPrint, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Spotify for several years, starting as a Senior Program Manager in 2017. During their time at Spotify, they took on various roles, including Mission Operations Lead and Director of Operations (acting), where they were responsible for strategic planning, program management, financial planning, and more. Before Spotify, Erik worked at Coor, where they served as the Business Development and Operations Manager for the Nya Karolinska Solna project and later as the Financial Manager and Strategic IT Manager. Erik began their career as a consultant at Centigo, specializing in post-merger integration and test implementation. Erik's educational background includes studying at the Royal Institute of Technology.
Erik Wangerid obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in the years 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Informatics from Umeå University between 2001 and 2003.
