Hui Zhao

Hui Zhao, P.E. is a Project Manager at CTS Engineering, Inc. with a background in civil engineering. They have held various roles in transportation and project management, working with companies such as Connetics Transportation Group and Florida Department of Transportation. Hui Zhao, P.E. also served as the Model Advancement Committee Chair at the Florida Model Task Force. They obtained their Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.
