Paul Capewell

Paul Capewell has extensive experience in the field of surveying, currently serving as a Surveyor at CTS Engineering, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Paul Capewell dedicated 35 years to the Florida Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included serving as a Survey Technician and earlier as a Land Surveyor, culminating in retirement in November 2022.
