Afiya Webb

Afiya Webb, PHR, currently serves as an HR Representative at CTS Engines since June 2018, where responsibilities include completing HR transactions in the HRIS related to new hires, terminations, and promotions. Previously, Afiya worked as a Human Resources Assistant, focusing on the new hire onboarding and orientation process in collaboration with recruiters. Prior to joining CTS Engines, Afiya was employed as a Senior Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy from June 2016 to March 2018, where customer service and claims processing were key duties. Afiya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University, completed between 2005 and 2007.
