Chen Avraham

Chen Avraham is the VP of Human Resources at CTS, where they have built corporate strategies in training, recruiting, welfare, and budget since 2010. With a strong background in the Pharma and Retail industries, Chen has previously served as the Head of Human Resources and Customer Service at Zara from 2006 to 2008 and as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Sonol from 1998 to 2006. Chen holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, both from Bar-Ilan University. They are skilled in human resources, learning and development management, HR business partnering, and employee engagement.
