Ashley Dean

Ashley Dean has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a Lead Service Technician at ChapDesk Lubbock Christian University. From 2015 onward, Ashley worked at CTSI, initially as a Senior Desktop Specialist and later taking on the role of Cloud Calling Specialist/Lead Senior Desktop Specialist. In these positions, Ashley provided assistance in cloud phone systems such as 8x8 and Webex calling and also supported desktop technicians with troubleshooting and skill development.

Ashley Dean completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Lubbock Christian University, where they studied between 2012 and 2015. In addition to their degree, Ashley has obtained several certifications. In February 2017, they received the "Installing and Configuring Windows 10" certification from Microsoft. Furthermore, in February 2021, they obtained the "8x8 UCaaS Support Certified" certification from 8x8, and in March 2021, they acquired the "8x8 Deployment Certification" from the same institution.
