Carlos Bhatt

Carlos Bhatt, PhD, currently serves as the Operational Leader of the Innovation Working Group at Associação Business Roundtable Portugal and is the Chairman of the Innovation Forum at PostEurop, both representing CTT - Portugal Post. With extensive experience in innovation management, Carlos has held the position of Head of Innovation Management and Innovation Specialist at CTT since 2020. Prior roles include Head of Innovation at Grupo Manuel Champalimaud, Head of Innovation and Strategy at Delta Cafés, and positions within Portugal Telecom focusing on innovation management and business development. Carlos also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa and Instituto Superior Técnico. Carlos's academic credentials include a PhD in Civil Engineering, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree, all obtained from Instituto Superior Técnico.
