Fernando Severino

Fernando Severino serves as the Deputy CFO of CTT - Correios de Portugal since March 2018, leading key areas such as Planning & Control, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Facilities, and Fleet. As of February 2023, Fernando joined the Extended Executive Committee as a non-Board member. Previously, Fernando held the position of Group Director for Planning & Control, overseeing a team of 40 and managing strategic planning and management reporting activities. Fernando's extensive experience includes roles as Director of Corporate Finance and CEO of PT Pay at Portugal Telecom, CFO and Executive Board Member at CV Telecom, and various board positions within AICEP and SISP. Earlier career milestones include directorship roles at Portugal Telecom, focusing on internal control and risk management, financial reporting, and a senior advisory role at Deloitte Portugal, where Fernando contributed to significant audit projects and the PT Multimédia IPO. Fernando holds a Management (Finance) degree from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
