Laura Costa has extensive experience in leadership and transformation, currently serving in multiple senior roles at CTT - Correios de Portugal since October 2006, including Responsável Eficiência, Transformação e Colaboração and Directora do Projecto de Implementação da Unidade de Serviços Partilhados do Grupo CTT. Prior to this, Laura worked at Accenture from September 1994 to September 2006, progressing from Analyst to Senior Manager. Laura holds a Licenciatura in Gestão from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, a Pós-Graduação in E-Commerce from COCITE/ISIG, and completed the Programa de Alta Direção de Empresas at AESE Business School in 2016.
