Sonia Salgueiro

International Institutional Relations

Sonia Salgueiro has extensive experience in international institutional relations and project management, notably at CTT - Correios de Portugal from November 2018 to November 2023. Over the years, Sonia has held roles such as Project Manager in Digital Transformation and Process Transformation, as well as Demand Manager for Robotic Process Automation. Prior to CTT, Sonia worked at International Post Corporation as Manager of Customer Services and Project Manager for eCIP Customer Service. At CTT Expresso, key positions included Customer Service Training and Quality Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Key Account. Early career experiences include translation roles at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and University of Lisbon, complemented by academic degrees in Modern Literature and Translation.
