CTW Events: Team Building That Builds More Than Teams

CTW Events is not your average team-building company—we’re a movement. Since 2012, we’ve helped organizations around the world connect their people through high-energy, purpose-driven experiences that make a real impact.

We design and deliver hands-on events that do more than just bring teams together—they change lives. From packing hygiene kits and school supplies to assembling meals for families in crisis, every CTW event leaves a mark on the world and in your company culture.

We’ve facilitated:

6 million+ kits distributed

1,000+ global nonprofit partners

235,000+ hours of meaningful employee engagement

These aren’t just stats—they’re stories. Families helped. Schools supported. Communities uplifted. And cultures transformed.

What sets us apart? Our events are:

Fully customizable: We tailor the experience to your team size, goals, and impact vision.

Scalable: Perfect for 10 people or 10,000—on-site, virtual, or hybrid.

Turnkey: We handle logistics, materials, charity coordination, and facilitation.

Our clients partner with us to boost morale, build connection, and live out their values in action. Whether you're focused on CSR, DEI, ESG, or simply building a more engaged workforce, CTW helps you do all that—and more.

In a world where employees want purpose, not just a paycheck, we help companies walk the talk.

If you're ready to ditch boring icebreakers and create impact you can feel, let's build something bigger—together.

CTW Events: Team Building with Purpose. Impact That Lasts.
