We "see you"...
At CU Benefit, we understand that running a credit union comes with a number of unique challenges and a multitude of check boxes to manage. With an increasingly competitive hiring market and rising benefit costs, how can today's credit union executive reward their most valuable assets (their employees) while simultaneously maintaining (or even increasing) their organization's net worth?

Not your ordinary 701.19 Program...
Recently, the NCUA recognized these specific challenges and updated their 701.19 regulatory guidelines for the benefit of ALL credit union employees. Which means that new programs can now be used to recruit, retain and reward ALL of your employees. In contrast to older programs, which come with limitations and focus heavily on executive benefits.

The possibilities are endless...
Our industry experts at CU Benefit have worked exclusively with credit union industry experts to develop a program that takes the guess work out of navigating these new industry regulations. Our NCUA Reg 701.19 complaint “Total Benefit Prefunding” Program addresses the updated guidelines by:
•	Removing the “Twenty Five Percent” rule
•	Giving you access to zero principal risk investments
•	Providing annual returns of six to eight percent (historically)

So what's the catch...
There isn't one! It's really that simple. Schedule a quick fifteen minute call with one of our credit union experts to discuss how our team at CU Benefit can tailor our program to meet your organizations unique needs.
