Alex Monge has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alex started their career at Quaker City Bank in 1993, where they worked in Retail Operations, processing fraud claims and monitoring fraud alerts for debit and ATM cards. Alex then joined Simplicity Bank in 2006 as a Technical Support specialist, assisting users with technical issues and managing the Symitar core system. In 2015, they joined CU Direct and held multiple roles, including Integration Analyst and Application System Analyst. In these positions, they reviewed, analyzed, and modified programming systems, offered viable solutions to current obstacles, and conducted testing.

From 2010 to 2014, Alex Monge studied at DeVry University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
