Paula Nelson

Paula Nelson, PHR has extensive experience in HRIS, with their most recent position being Director of HRIS at Origence. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager of HRIS at Origence (formerly CU Direct). Paula also has experience as a Business Systems Analyst and Senior HRIS Analyst at OmniTRAX, Inc. and as an HRIS Project Manager/Manager at HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. and Prospect Mortgage, LLC. Paula's earlier career includes roles as Manager of HRIS and HR Coordinator/HR Analyst II at THQ, where they led HR projects and implemented SAP HCM. Paula began their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Acro Service Corporation, where they recruited engineers and other technical professionals.

Paula Nelson, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in HR Management from UCLA, which they earned from 2004 to 2006. In September 2020, Paula obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
