Susan Whitener

Susan Whitener began their work experience in 1998 as a Better Than Lease Coordinator at Truliant Federal Credit Union. Susan then worked as a Sr. Credit Administration Specialist from 2000 to 2010 and later served as a Lending Systems Specialist from 2010 to 2013. Susan then became an Enterprise Solutions Analyst at Truliant Federal Credit Union from 2013 to 2015, during which they assisted in the development and utilization of core business applications. In 2015, they joined CU Direct as a Lending Solutions Sales Executive, where they demonstrated and sold various lending solutions and assisted in the implementation and training process for credit unions. Recently, Susan has been working as a Regional Account Manager at Newgen Software since 2019.

Susan Whitener has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a field of study in Computer Programming, Specific Applications, from Gardner-Webb University. Additionally, they hold an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Surry Community College.
