Tim Tynan

Tim Tynan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Chargeback Gurus since August 2021, Tim leads chargeback prevention and recovery services for e-commerce payments. In addition, Tim holds board member positions at Engage fi and Brink’s Inc. Previously, Tim was the Chief Executive Officer at Bank of America Merchant Services, overseeing a major digital payments organization. Tim's career includes significant roles at Citi, including Managing Director and Executive Officer of the Transaction Services Division, where strategic enhancements and sustainable growth models were developed. Tim's career began at IBM Corporation, where various management and leadership roles were held. Educational credentials include an MBA from Hofstra University and a BSE in Education from the State University of New York College at Cortland.
