Tom Broadhead

Tom Broadhead is currently the General Manager at CU Phosco, a British manufacturer specializing in exterior luminaires and lighting solutions. With a strong background in engineering management, Tom has accumulated extensive experience in process improvement and team leadership across various manufacturing environments. Prior roles include Manufacturing Engineer at AETC Ltd, where Tom led the HSE engineering team, and Process Engineer at Gurit Automotive, where Tom implemented new technologies to enhance production efficiency. Tom holds a BSc in Engineering and Management Studies from the University of Portsmouth and an HND in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Chichester.
