Rick Weber

Rick Weber, CEO of CBC Federal Credit Union, joined CBC in May of 2017 and has held a number of leadership positions, including being the CXO and the CFO before recently taking over as President. Previously, Rick was a Senior Vice President for Security Service Federal Credit Union, whereby he supervised the Mountain Region of the credit union growing the operation from six branches to over 23 branches. Rick has been a forward-thinking executive with a diverse experience and a passion for credit union operations and product innovation. Rick is a proven collaborator and has started up a number of multi-credit union owned CUSOs as well as managed over a dozen mergers of various size. Rick is a graduate from University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting and began his career as a principal examiner with the NCUA.
